I was pulling my hair out trying to get the proper swatch functionality in the Dawn Theme in shopify. I went way deep down a number of rabbit holes. Finally I contacted customer service and they said I should check out Globo. My problem was that I had different products that had same color names, but the colors are different for the different products--think red shirts and red pants but the colors don't look the same. Globo is a great solution! It adds the functionality to the Dawn app to allow different swatches for colors with the same names on different product pages and is actually very simple to use! I did run into a problem today that was definitely user error. I went to globo's chat, and Andrew helped me fix it really quickly! So hurray to Andrew and to Globo for making my day and helping me move forward on what I think will be exactly the website I need for my store!

Their support is useless and very long. They don't help, especially Sarah from their support They surely bought or write by themselves all the reviews, which are all fake. Don't trust this app, and choose others. Don't loose your time.

Amazing experience i had issue with variants options in my new theme i ask them to fix i never saw this responsiveness for the app support they have fix the issue on the same day with continuous updates and testing. Highly Highly recommended. Amazing and really professional team.

I really appreciate Sarah’s support with the setup and the alterations I requested. She was responsive, professional, and made sure every detail was handled smoothly. Thanks to her help, my store now looks much better, and I especially love the way the Glo Color Swatch has been integrated. It gives the store a clean, modern feel and makes the shopping experience more intuitive. I’m very happy with the outcome and with Sarah’s assistance throughout the process.

We’ve had a great experience with the Globo Swatch Variant app. The app itself works smoothly and makes product options look clean and professional across the store. What really stands out is their support team – they are incredibly quick to respond and resolve issues.
