Loving this app so far! I needed some changes made to the appearance of the app on the website. After having a few issues with the chat feature not sending messages, I decided to try to email support. I was expecting to have to wait a few days for an answer however Sarah answered my email so quickly (I think it was within 10 minutes or something crazy like that). Sarah was an absolute pleasure to work with! She answered my emails promptly and the changes needed were completed quickly and perfectly the first time. Her email communication was polite, informative and easy to understand. Thank you Sarah A little note for the developers: Please add the ability for the 'product groups' variants to be shoppable from the collection page

I've had some trouble finding the right settings between the Globo Color Swatch app and the Globo Product Options app. Thankfully Annie guided me through this with a lot of patience and provided me with a great solution. Great support Annie!
