Also der Support ist mega. Ich war verbunden mit Annie und sie hat super weiterhelfen können und mehrere vorhandene Probleme sehr schnell und präzise gelöst. Wenn jemand ein Incident haben sollte - hoffentlich bekommst du Annie und dein Problem somit schnell gelöst! :)
