I was trying to figure out a problem with my Shopify page tonight that was really bothering me. I spent quite a bit of time on Shopify AI trying to fix it and at one point they said it was a Globo setting that I needed to toggle. They didn't know how to do it and I was uncomfortable making any changes, so I jumped on Globo chat and got Helen. I immediately explained my situation and showed her mockups I was trying to look like. While I was typing the next sentence Helen was able to toggle for me all the switches I needed and boom! My store looked perfect. Excellent job by Helen, great customer service, and eternally grateful for saving me hours of work on my own. Five stars for Helen!

The app helps save lots of time for displaying colors. When I ran into an issue with the Shopify theme I was using, I received very helpful technical support with quick responses from Helen to address the issue. Thank you so much!

I had a problem with how the swatches appeared on my page, I reached out to customer service and she helped me very quickly with solving the issue without me having to do anything. Thank you Annie for assisting me, you were very nice and professional.

Simple, minimalist, and most logical among any other in the store. The customer service is awesome, I had a simple variant issue that got me burning 6 hours, was resolved my Helen in minutes.

Il modulo funziona perfettamente, in ogni funzione! Inoltre il servizio clienti è tempestivo e qualsiasi richiesta tu gli faccia, non esitano a risolverla e soprattutto in brevissimo tempo. Ottimo lavoro ragazzi!

I had a problem with the placement of the swatches on the product page. I contacted customer support and Annie fixed it in 5 minutes. Very good service, would highly recommend this app.

Getting the colors to show was a bit fiddly for me, but eventually it worked. Then I ran into a theme conflict which I couldn't solve myself. I reached out to the customer support and they reacted promptly and solved the issue right away. Even helped me understand how to troubleshoot myself should I switch themes. Special thanks to Helen who was fast and very friendly!
