He spent around an hour and a half working with me, going through my website in detail, looking at the code, identifying issues and helping me fix things that I would never have been able to sort out on my own. I had a UX issue where users selected a size that was unavailable, but it wasn't obvious. The theme defaulted to adding a size S to cart. Helen was able to get this fixed where it's now obvious that a size is unavailable and that the user is adding a size S to cart.
