By far the worst customer service I've encountered in the Shopify ecosystem. They consistently fail to answer any questions, forcing you to figure everything out on your own. Their support is not just unhelpful but downright dismissive, with a shallow, careless attitude that makes it clear they don't value their customers at all.
Are you real ?? I checked our email support system and we have exactly 2 questions from you. One on 12th Sep and another on 30th September. Both the queries were answered promptly with helpful guides.
