GoAffPro has been a great partner for our affiliate program. The support team - especially Rohan is always quick to respond, patient, and helpful whenever we run into questions or need guidance. Beware. We discovered goaffpro affiliates were hijacking Rebuy and existing discount codes and utm parameters to lay claim and attribution for sales from customers already on our email and SMS lists so there is some very fraudulent business going on here and goaffpro knows it- we advised them and they did nothing. We paid out over $20K in fraudulent "affiliate commissions". They did nothing because they make a portion of that money too.

Excellent support and quick assistance! We recently needed assistance with an affiliate payment and account audit issue, and the GoAffPro Support Team was extremely helpful throughout the investigation. They responded quickly, provided detailed information. Their support was professional, responsive, and very helpful in helping us understand what happened and continue our internal investigation. Not the most intuitive app to use, but support was very helpful and helped me achieve what I needed.

Leider sehr unübersichtlich, deutsche Version wär nett und wirkt in der Testversion extrem basic. Bei einer Testversion wünsche ich mir Funtkionen auszutesten, die mich überzeugen, zahlender Kunde zu werden. Leider erfordern alle wirklich relevaten Funktionen ein Upgrade zur Paidversion.

Not recommended for serious brands in the US market. The app lacks basic fraud protection against coupon leaks and automatic bots. It allows coupon aggregator websites (like Honey) to easily scrape codes and hijack regular customer sales, forcing you to pay unfair affiliate commissions. There is no active or quality marketplace to find real influencers. A total waste of time and ad budget.

I like the app itself, and I believe the team does a good job - provided the issue doesn't go beyond what is covered in the documentation. Unfortunately, customer support has ghosted me and isn't responding to inquiries. This is a real shame, as I would have loved to find a mutually beneficial solution and establish a long-term partnership. I even told them they could simply let me know if they weren't interested in working together; that would have been perfectly fine, too. Perhaps customer support struggled to put themselves in the customer's shoes and realize that not everyone is a software developer. From that perspective, I can understand why a conversation might have seemed more challenging than expected. However, in my view, handling such situations is precisely the job of customer support. I’m giving two stars because simple inquiries are answered quickly and helpfully. That said, ghosting a customer is a remarkably disrespectful way to behave.

Selected GoAffPro from a few different options and so far it's working great for us.

We've been using GoAffPro for a few months now and find it user friendly. We began using it to launch an Influencer program but are currently adding in our Email partners as well, and are able to differentiate between the 2 groups. Part of the appeal is the easy integration with Shopify & Klaviyo, but the reporting features and dashboard provide the information we need (haven't played around to see how deep we can get with stats). We are also about to launch the Refer a Friend feature. Support is terrific, I always get a response within 24 hours, usually much shorter than that.

I've been using GoAffPro with many of my clients and love it. Tried other more expensive and more complex platforms, with all the bell and whistles, but GAP remains reliably, user-friendly and has a really responsive team.

I LOVE GoAffPro and have used it for several clients. I've researched MANY different platforms, and this one beats them all. Ease of use, pricing, functionality, and customer support are all top notch.

So far I am very satisfied with the App. We are using the free version and it offers everything we are needing. I am very impressed with the customer support. They helped me get everything all set up by migrating all of our affiliates into the program and they are fast to respond to emails and answer any questions I have had.
