GOAFFPRO ‑ Affiliate Marketing

Not the most intuitive app to use, but support was very helpful and helped me achieve what I needed.

At first the app is not super intuitive, but the support is just amazing. If you have a question or an issue, the will help you within minutes. Most of the features you are looking for are probably already in there. It is just not always super easy to find them. But everything works great. Can only recommend.

Easy way to work with affiliates.

This app is an excellent starting point for anyone new to affiliate marketing—super beginner-friendly! The customer support really stands out; they’re always quick to respond with helpful, human replies (way better than those robotic responses you get elsewhere). The app is great, it has all the basics covered. Their customer service is exceptional! I get a response right away and all issues are resolved in a timely manner. Its great for any program getting started with influencers.

We have experienced some major bugs in the beginning that have been fixed in a fast manner unfortunately only after an escalation. For any following minor inquiry the customer support was reactive and helpful. That being said GoAffPro is great bang for the buck, not 100% intuitive but once set up correctly the value is definitely given.

Overall a really great app. It's allowed me to grow my affilate program for my company. It's super easy to use and the support team has been very helpful. We needed to do a mass delete of some of our inactive affiliates over the past years and they were able to do that for us no problem. Highly recommend. It would be nice if they could add a feature for affiliates to choose a free item gift when they make a first purchase so it gets added to the order right away!

I would recommend to start with this App. It has pretty much everything you need for Affiliate marketing program. Still needs to improve more features, but overall I would recommend it.

I like the concept of the app, but the instructions are really not that clear. However, the customer service makes up for the lack of instructions on the setup.

It works good, support really kind and available. We need to do some customization so that other plug in were going to work in the proper way and they helped us.

A great service that seems to bring reasonable results. However, more automated payment options besides Paypal are definitely needed.

We've been using the Free version for about 3 months now. Very happy with results. Somethings a little awkward, but may be because of our lack of experience with these. It is our first time in using. Things we like. Lots of affilliates signed up. :-) A few have been selling consistently so a nice little revenue boost. It has also allowed a final after sale offer to customers to refer some and earn money doing it. We've had a few people refer people..so that is a little extra. If you are going to try the free version. And if you have a lot of products and intend to have different Affiliate rates for different collections, then the free version is a little clunky to implement and doesn't show great for affiliates. You can do have the capability to segragate this with the upgraded version, so this is not a complaint..just a note for anyone thinking about trying on a free version that has a lot of products and collections and want to do different commision rates. I also noticed that when doing payments outside of the GOAFF tool, you can't mark and show each order paid. You basically are only shown the aggregate total owed to them and the total amount paid. without seeing which order is marked paid. This could be something I just don't see or it coudl be available on the upgraded version. I plan to write to support to get a view. Well that is it. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. If I see a larger increase in sales that makes upgrading worth it, I will consider doing to see how that works.

OK, but i can't figure out how to pay the affiliate, set up seems to work well, so lets see what happens.

we use this app to handle our affiliate program. Support team is brilliant and answers our questions all the time and in timely manner. Just wish there was better reporting and timestamp can be of the country we are in.
