We've been using GoAffPro to create our affiliate program. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to set up and track affiliate activities. One of the standout features is the detailed analytics and reporting, which allow us to monitor the performance of our affiliates and optimize our strategy. The app also offers a high degree of customization for our affiliate portal. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful. The integration with Shopify is straightforward. We have experienced some major bugs in the beginning that have been fixed in a fast manner unfortunately only after an escalation. For any following minor inquiry the customer support was reactive and helpful. That being said GoAffPro is great bang for the buck, not 100% intuitive but once set up correctly the value is definitely given.

Overall a really great app. It's allowed me to grow my affilate program for my company. It's super easy to use and the support team has been very helpful. We needed to do a mass delete of some of our inactive affiliates over the past years and they were able to do that for us no problem. Highly recommend. It would be nice if they could add a feature for affiliates to choose a free item gift when they make a first purchase so it gets added to the order right away!

I would recommend to start with this App. It has pretty much everything you need for Affiliate marketing program. Still needs to improve more features, but overall I would recommend it.

I like the concept of the app, but the instructions are really not that clear. However, the customer service makes up for the lack of instructions on the setup.

It works good, support really kind and available. We need to do some customization so that other plug in were going to work in the proper way and they helped us.

A great service that seems to bring reasonable results. However, more automated payment options besides Paypal are definitely needed.

I absolutely love it, just have one problem I can't upload my CSV files. I get as far as to open it, but does not give me the option to import my orders so that they can get allocated to the affiliates.

We've been using the Free version for about 3 months now. Very happy with results. Somethings a little awkward, but may be because of our lack of experience with these. It is our first time in using. Things we like. Lots of affilliates signed up. :-) A few have been selling consistently so a nice little revenue boost. It has also allowed a final after sale offer to customers to refer some and earn money doing it. We've had a few people refer people..so that is a little extra. If you are going to try the free version. And if you have a lot of products and intend to have different Affiliate rates for different collections, then the free version is a little clunky to implement and doesn't show great for affiliates. You can do have the capability to segragate this with the upgraded version, so this is not a complaint..just a note for anyone thinking about trying on a free version that has a lot of products and collections and want to do different commision rates. I also noticed that when doing payments outside of the GOAFF tool, you can't mark and show each order paid. You basically are only shown the aggregate total owed to them and the total amount paid. without seeing which order is marked paid. This could be something I just don't see or it coudl be available on the upgraded version. I plan to write to support to get a view. Well that is it. Overall, I'm pretty pleased with it. If I see a larger increase in sales that makes upgrading worth it, I will consider doing to see how that works.

OK, but i can't figure out how to pay the affiliate, set up seems to work well, so lets see what happens.
Hi Thanks for the review, With regards to payouts, Broadly speaking, You have four options to pay the affiliate You can either pay the affiliate yourselves (i.e. outside the app), and then mark the payment as completed (Mark Paid button) in the Payouts Page OR You can integrate PayPal Payouts (Settings -> Integrations tab) and then pay them in BULK from the PayPal Payouts page in the app. This method adds an extra 25cents per-transaction fee. (from PayPal) - https://developer.paypal.com/docs/payouts/reference/fees/. With paypal payouts, it takes literally 2 minutes to do the payouts. You just have to click on Review and Confirm button on that page. OR Same as above, you can integrate TipAlti Payouts (Settings -> Integrations tab) and then pay them in BULK via Bank Transfer, Check, Venmo etc. OR You can enable "Store discount coupon" in Settings -> Payments tab with "Allow self payment" to allow your affiliates to pay the amount themselves from within their dashboard as discount coupons for your store Hope this helps. I love this app damn much. The Service is on point. I gave just 4 Stars, cause there is no option to send push notifivations to our affilliates. For example: a new sale is made, or a new affilliate sign up under you. If this would be possible, they would get 5 stars plus

we use this app to handle our affiliate program. Support team is brilliant and answers our questions all the time and in timely manner. Just wish there was better reporting and timestamp can be of the country we are in.

I love this app, however there is a conflict when it's supposed to automatically create the affiliates coupon code, but turns out you would have to go to your dashboard and remove it from the profile and create a new discount code manually inside your Shopify and then link that to your affiliate which is a lot of work
Hi Thanks for the review. However, you should be able to assign coupon codes directly from within the app (without creating them in Shopify or without removing them from affiliate's account.) Franchement, cette application est top ! Je l'utilise depuis plus de 6 mois. J'ai juste quelques problèmes d'affichage des pages d'accueil mais j'arrive tout de même à l'utiliser. D'où la note de 4/5. Et surtout, l'application permet de bien convertir les ventes. Le SAV est très efficace. Par contre, tout se fait en anglais. ;)

Good app but communication with your affiliates is essential to grow so they should put the option of sending emails to your affiliates in the free plan or at least a number limited number of emails per month. For that reason I give it 4 stars

Love it! It has been helpful during the pandemic but I wish it was a little more user friendly, as we've had a lot of confusion with support with codes, etc. I also wish you could find an affiliate by searching company name, and that you could pull reports of affiliates easier. Thanks for always helping!

Great app and very effective support, if needed. There are some limitations such as having one discount amount, and a hit or miss notification system sent to affiliates. Otherwise, this is a great start for any business looking to pursue an affiliate program!
