I am from South Africa. I started using the GOAFFPRO app from the beginning of this year [2025] for my Shopify online store, since then I have never looked back. This app is so friendly to setup that you can setup with little to no experience at-all, what is the cherry on top is their support system. I am most of the time assisted by Rohan through email, and his response is so fast that you could swear that he is always waiting for my enquiries . I am 100% happy and great full to God for directing me to this app. A special thanks to Rohan for always being on my assistant making sure that my business runs smoothly 24/7. My affiliates are also happy, not even one of them ever complained about anything atall.

Love the app! Makes affiliate marketing, management and payments super easy. Plus, their support is great. We migrated from woocommerce to shopify and the migrations worked perfectly!

I have using this app not long after it was launched. I came across it online. It has been great, easier to use now and they have introduced great features to it. Any problems they solve it within the day. Their pricing is good and affordable for large volumes affiliates, they attract a new affiliates every week.

I initially had some issues with GoAffPro and was quite frustrated. However, the support team went above and beyond to assist me. Their responsiveness and dedication reassured me that they truly care about their customers and are committed to making the platform as user-friendly as possible. E-commerce can be complex—a lot is happening behind the scenes that many don’t realize. It was refreshing to work with a team that understands this and takes the time to support their users. Thanks to their help, everything was resolved smoothly, and I now have a much better experience with the app. As I return to working with them, I see this as a fresh start—an opportunity to apply what I’ve learned and navigate the platform more effectively. I’m hopeful that this new beginning will help me build a stronger affiliate program and grow my business with confidence. The improvements and insights I’ve gained through their support have been extremely helpful.
A bit harsh, don’t you think to rate us 1 star? The program is a private affiliate system. So the signups happen through your store’s branded affiliate portal. You can choose who joins your program, what information is collected when they sign up. You can add social media handles in the sign up page, so the affiliates fill in that information. The system can then give you information about their social following metrics, which you can use before approving the accounts If you have opted for marketplace listing, then your program is listed across various marketplaces across the web. This gives your program a huge reach. All accounts also require your approval before they can start sharing things. app does. So don’t approve the accounts which you don’t like Hope this helps clarifies things.

very cool app, its quite explanatory and if not or if you have problems running it, the support is also very good. I also like the different ways of possibilities with the app.

The customer support for GOAFFPRO is so good! I'm just trying to get set up and have been sending them question after question. They usually get back to me in minutes and provide screen shots and plenty of hand holding. I also find the solution to be pretty robust and easy to use. Definitely happy with them.
