GA - FREE GOOD BOGO APP is NOT WORKING PROPRLY. I kept on sending my issues to their customer service almos everyday that the free product is not visible on the checkout page. However, they keep on sending me back and forth. They don't know how to fix their app errors and bugs.

How do I contact your customer support? There are two categories under one of my gift products. I set it to select all, but when the customer checks out, he only selects one, not all.How should I set it up?

Great support! The app allows us to add a free gifts to checkout and to motivate the client. Support helped us to set up the same function but more discretely (without any motivation for the client) which was what I was looking for.
