I would like to thank customer service who helped me a lot to solve the problems on my site related to Google merchant center. He was very professional, very patient, I have never had such a quality support, moreover he does not just answer, he has experience in the field and it clearly shows, it is a very very good quality support. I totally recommend this application.

Very good app and solve my problems with google merchant center very quick. Support was great with CED and thankful for the fast and result oriented help. Great Job guys!!! Go forward and it will be a succsessful Win for all shop owners at Shopify working with this tool.

Customer Support is very good but the execution of work could be better. You have to double check everything is being done otherwise just the basics will be completed.

Buyer Beware. This app is extremely glitchy. I have had too many issues to count. ALthough support is friendly, they are clueless at best. 1- When an item is out of stock, the feed doesnt refresh to reflect this. Wasted ad spend 2- When the product is added back in stock, the feed doesnt refresh unless you manually refresh it today i woke up and found a DIFFERENT AD ACCOUNT LINKED TO MY ACCOUNT, and all my products were removed and unlinked from merchant center. Its always something with these guys. Uninstalling soon as i find an alternative.

The application works fine. Better is the Help center which reply fast and they take care of what you need. I like thier service even though i have the free plan. Their support is very helpful and they help you even during weekend. An application you can trust. Thank you

Absolutely terrible experience! The setup is easy but it has killed our Google ads that have been running 6+ months with high ROAS. The day after installation they instructed us to remove the Google app by Shopify and it broke the feed or caused a glitch in our ad account (we don't know exactly) but they are not helping or haven't fixed it. Google still takes money and there are ZERO sales. The chart is literally showing how the sales have dropped to flatline. They didn't say that there is any chance of this happening when instructed us to remove the other app, they didn't try to refresh the feed until we reached out and even then we allowed them access to our Google ads account and nothing was done to help. We have now tried to reach out to another app hoping they can fix this mess ASAP. Be careful if you are already running ads.

This app seems quite intuitive, and simple to follow and so far works great. I did have a small issue after uploading to Google but the person on your CedCommerce help chat app sorted it out instantly.

Highly Recommend !! I was having trouble with my GMC and I reached out via chat and received immediate assistance. The rep assisted me with everything, even recommended some things that I didn't know what an error. I predict I will have this App for a long time. The customer service was excellent and made my issue easy to resolve!

I used this app to link my shop to google merchant. The customer services team were very helpful , they made sure everything was working correctly. They are very knowledgeable . this is a Company you can trust I am looking forward to using more of their products
