Ced Google Shopping Feed & Ads

Note: This review is based on the free trial tier of this product. As a new Shopify user and store, I installed this app to help me load my products from Shopify to Google Shopping. I chose this app because I like what I saw was available in their non-free tiers, even if I don't think we are ready to upgrade yet; I'm looking to the future and do not want to have to switch apps when I am ready to grow. What I liked about this app was how easy it was to set up and configure. While instructions were clear and available, they weren't really even needed to get going. Very intuitive and easy to use and my products were syncing with Google within 5 minutes of installing the app. What I *loved* about this app was not the app itself. About a week after installing the app, I had forgotten about it. Then I received a message on WhatsApp from someone in their support group along with a screenshot of my dashboard and a message letting me know there was an issue with my products, and asking if I would like some help getting them accepted by Google. I thought, "sure, why not" and so that's what I said, and within minutes, she was able to dig in, figure out what the issue was, and walk me through what I needed to do in my Google Merchant account to correct the issue. She then had me delete my products in Google Merchant and resync them. And then this morning I woke up to a message from her letting me know she checked on my products overnight and they had all been approved. I am just blown away by the level of support I received from this company, which makes me want to take a much closer look at their other products as well.

First time user and to be honest was having nightmares with google merchant center. I installed Feed for Google and the support team on chat helped me set everything up - Amazing! Highly recommend this app and support/customer service is exceptional.

I used the app to help me get set up with google shopping and they are so great to walk me through the steps needed. This is the most comprehensive and well thought out app for managing your product data feeds for Google - for pro marketers. Support is next level, they go over and above any other support for any other app i have. Highly recommended!

I have just started using this app since I have constantly had problems getting up and running with google shopping actions. I am not approved yet but I am sure I will be as soon as they review. The customer service I have received from SWATI was unbelievable...in fact I have had prompt service several times today as I tried to get up and running...Swati however is my new best friend and she really went the extra mile to get my problems I have been having with another app cleared up so I can get to selling!

Excellent app for managing products for Google Shopping and Google shopping actions. if you get stuck or need assistance the support is available 24*7. We highly recommend this app for Google Shopping! Their customer service is great with an incredibly fast response time and very professional and helpful answers.

Kann diese App wärmstens empfehlen, gerade aufgrund des Supports! hatte kurzzeitig aufgrund einer Versandkostenänderung alle meine Produkte abgelehnt. habe Google angeschrieben, in der Community nachgefragt etc. bekam wie immer keine direkte Antwort, hier darf man dann gerne mehrere Tage warten und bekommt dann den standard Erklärungslink zugesandt welcher einem auch nicht weiter hilft. Hab dann in der App den Support gefragt über das Chat fenster und habe direkt eine Antwort erhalten (24/7). wirklich Top. Der Supporter hat dann kurz die Berechtigung für Google merchant bekommen und der Fehler war tatsächlich innerhalb weniger Minuten behoben, unglaublich! Alle wissen wie wichtig bei sowas schnelle Hilfe ist damit weiter Umsatz gefahren werden kann. Also von mir eine klare Empfehlung und 5/5 Sternen. iebe Grüße

I am so impressed with this app. There customer service is impeccable. My account manager is awesome and manages my ads properly after she set it up. I am beyond pleased. The ads are already doing well and I'm hoping to get a very good ROI from the ads. Download it, you won't regret it.

Shopping fed for Google is great app to use to increase business opportunities. DIXY is a great Google ads advocate who will assist anyone having issues with feed with Google Merchant. They went above and beyond to help me. The team did an amazing job helping me resolve gtin issues and they also helped get all products approved with a short span of time. This has been an amazing experience with the Shopping Feed For Google app and the team has proved their expertise in this. This app has been very useful for me. It provided a very smooth experience in installing and uploaded feed to merchant center in a short time. A multi-purpose app capable of handling multiple Google platforms and the team helped setup merchant center too. This app helped me update my product prices, descriptions and every other detail. I have been highly satisfied with Cedcommerce. This app is working great and syncing all data to google merchant center without any errors. The app is surely better than 99.9% other Google apps. You can upload products with single click, it's really easy and fast It has shown to work in first attempt and I will highly recommend Shopify sellers to buy this app and enjoy it to the fullest.
