Fantastic App! The representative Swati that I have had the privilege to work with has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and has demonstrated on several occasions what world-class support truly looks like. She not only has answered every question I had, but he also made me aware of other areas that would impact the performance of my feed that I was not aware of previously. That is truly valuable information to have. I do not typically come across this type of dedication and service.

This is the most comprehensive and well thought out app for managing your product data feeds for Google - for pro marketers. Support is next level, they go over and above any other support for any other app i have, they have help me set up tracking on Google help to fix any problems i've had, we encountered an urgent issue and they responded very quickly and took care of the problem. Would not hesitate to recommend this. I used this app to sync my products to the google merchants and it was very clear on how to do that and whatever needed fixing they were there to help quickly and overall I would recommend it to anyone who is doing google shopping and merchants really easy and straight forward. I recommended this to everyone i know in ecommerce!

We are extremely happy with the product and amazing support. We tried every other product feed app out there and this is by far the best performing. Plus the support team went above and beyond to help us with a specific ask. Top notch. Since Shopify never was able to provide a solid Adwords feed app, we turned to Adwords and have been using it ever since. It is hassle free and keeps our products current in Google Merchant Center. Using the Traffic Booster is a must in today’s Google advertising world. The plan renews itself every month and breaks the links to shipping settings which unpublished every listing. Many issues with Tech Support. Swati is not a real person but AI...the image is AI. When there were issues, IT would send you down rabbit holes researching errors which did not exist. We had to explain the errors and why they were occurring. Why does the app not notify when the links are broken...and which happens frequently which require complete reset of shipping settings which then requires feed to repopulate. After giving access to Google Account, added an additional third party email without our notice or approval. DO NOT USE THIS APP!

I use their ad agency service, they force me to use their app, I used to think that this ad service includes app fee, I didn't notice that it was an annual fee, I paid $399 for google ad agency service fee and $199 tiktok ad agency service fee. Google Ads is performing very poorly, ROAS is only 2, tiktok has not had a single order. I think they should refund me $125 for the remaining 11 months of APP fees
