first of all I downloaded this app and i was having a little hope by fixing my problems because i have tried many different apps and they didn’t helped me But i was soo surprised of the great customer service they are soo kind and nice to talk. First day they contacted me on the app live to check about my conditions and if i needed any help The next day i was surprised that they contacted me on my phone and they was very happy to help my solve every single problem and they actually did it!!! I was having the problems for more than month and they fixed it for me in one hour. At the end i would like to say they deserve more than anybody ever say And YESSS SOO RECOMMENDED!! I give this app 1000 out of 100 And again i would thank the customer service team and specially SWATI thank you cery much And i wish the best luck for you and for the app ❤️❤️❤️

The team are amazing from CedCommerce, support and app development are their specialty. They are very responsive, even working through the night on our issues. I started with an eBay app, then Facebook and now Google Shopping. These guys are truly awesome!!!

I was given a recommendation on this app as my store sells internationally - as we needed an app to be able to create a feed for multiple markets for Google Shopping. I can't recommend highly enough not just how good the app is but how helpful the support team are. Brilliant service from Swati from scheduled onboarding calls to instant messaging queries I have had for the feeds I have been working on - support has been first class and set us on our way to make the sales we need. Great app! Highly flexible feed customization product feeds for different platforms. It provides the extra configuration options we need that other feed builder apps were lacking. Some of the features we find really useful are being able to list products on various Google platforms, customize products by using custom profiling feature Whenever I've had a question, their tech support is very responsive,I usually use whatsapp chat which is very convenient. Overall we would recommend CedCommerce to anyone looking for a robust product feed generator.

After trying other apps for google feed management apps here on Shopify, I installed this Shopping feed for Google app by CedCommerce and we are so please with it. I can say that the support is AWESOME. Especially Swati was helping us out so great and quick and helped us in getting our account approved as it was suspended by Google. Really TOP. I definitely can recommend the support and the feature set of the app looks great as well.

I am impressed with this app and the level of support at Ced commerce. The interface is intuitive, and easy to use. The features are very useful and user friendly, more than expected. The support is pretty good, it has been a personal, 1 to 1 level, they take the time, and help on a step by step basis with configuring the feeds and optimizing the product data. I recommend this app to people who are serious about growing their ecommerce store.

Note: This review is based on the free trial tier of this product. As a new Shopify user and store, I installed this app to help me load my products from Shopify to Google Shopping. I chose this app because I like what I saw was available in their non-free tiers, even if I don't think we are ready to upgrade yet; I'm looking to the future and do not want to have to switch apps when I am ready to grow. What I liked about this app was how easy it was to set up and configure. While instructions were clear and available, they weren't really even needed to get going. Very intuitive and easy to use and my products were syncing with Google within 5 minutes of installing the app. What I *loved* about this app was not the app itself. About a week after installing the app, I had forgotten about it. Then I received a message on WhatsApp from someone in their support group along with a screenshot of my dashboard and a message letting me know there was an issue with my products, and asking if I would like some help getting them accepted by Google. I thought, "sure, why not" and so that's what I said, and within minutes, she was able to dig in, figure out what the issue was, and walk me through what I needed to do in my Google Merchant account to correct the issue. She then had me delete my products in Google Merchant and resync them. And then this morning I woke up to a message from her letting me know she checked on my products overnight and they had all been approved. I am just blown away by the level of support I received from this company, which makes me want to take a much closer look at their other products as well.
