Excellent and very fast customer support. From my asking for support to the team having resolved the issues took only a few minutes. This app has really resolved the issues around the product feed from shopify to google. Thank you!

Happy, happy! Immediate sync to Merchant Center, no problems. Very helpful with support, and even spotted and amended issues that could have affected performance.

I have used many apps for different issue. I was facing issue with google channel so i tried this app. They have amazing customer support. You tell them issue and they will resolve it in sec. If you are using google sales channels i would recommend you to use this instead of google sales channel. Highly recommended

Excellent customer support. We switched to this app after Shopify's Google app started creating product issues with Merchant Center. We appreciate that the support is available and resolves minor issues quickly.

In itself a very good app if you sell in one language and in one country and don't use Markets. Just unfortunately out of time. An absolute disaster in Shopify communication and knowledge. Don't understand the basics of Shopify Markets and after over a week they haven't managed to get the right domain mapped to the right Shopify Market on Google Merchants. I will try out another app.

I have spent a frustrating number of days trying to work out why the Shopify Google Feed wouldn't work, and finally saw all the 1-star ratings. Found the Suite for Google Shopping Feed, and within half an hour had it set up, and products starting to be active on Google product listings. Incredible support to guide me through the process (Google timelines). Highly recommend!

Absolutely awesome. I wouldn't be able to set up my google ads properly without Amit's help. He configured mostly all the nitty and gritty stuff and I was good to go. Kudos to you and the team.

I have to say first and foremost the service the company offers is unsurpassed. I tried so many other apps and the service was crap and the product was challenging but this app was EASY EASY EASY. You will not find a better company or app.

Tomem cuidado, tive o merchant roubado e obviamente tem relaçao com o app, porém o suporte não dá explicações e manda falar com o Google. tinha mais de 8 meses com a conta e aconteceu isso

I really like this app and it's functionality it's better than the native sales channel. Support is excellent and I'm enjoying using it on my store. It's easy to map your products and keep everything healthy

AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING! Customer service is top NOTCH! The person who helped me out literally say on chat with me for close to an hour helping me solve all the issues i have in my merchant center I could not ask for anything Better! The app itself is amazing. You get what you pay for. I was running the offical google sales channel before this and OMG what a nightmare. Their channel somehow got itself in some sort of errored state after they changed their model from the smart shopping to the pmax stuff. It only had 40 or so of my products synced and they werent even the correct products. All had mismatched price because it stopped uploaded so long aho it was out of date! I deleted it and got my account out of suspension due to misrepresentation. Literally their own official app causes you so many issues its insane. Do yourself a favor and just pay for the app. You get what you pay for with this one!
