We couldn’t find any prior support request from your side regarding the app not working, and we always encourage reaching out to our support team as we’re happy to help resolve any issues quickly. Regarding the billing, Shopify manages all app charges and processes them on the billing cycle, even if a subscription is canceled in between. Refunds, however, must be initiated from our end, and once submitted, Shopify may take some time to process them. That said, we did process a refund for the recent charges as a goodwill gesture. If there are any remaining concerns, please reach out to us directly with your store details—we’ll be glad to review everything and assist you further.
