I worked with Remy later in the evening on 2.12.24 and I had just updated my Shopify theme & needed assistance with fixing a lot of errors that would have taken me about a month to do on my own. Remy was very pleasant, knowledgeable, quick, and always asked permission & kept me updated on what's going on and the status. Remy was also very patient with me as of course I was multi-tasking and didn't have my computer volume on and didn't hear the "ding". I'm on the Advanced Plan & it's well worth the when you get someone of Remy's caliber in chat. I'm always hesitant to add yet another app to my Shopify store but I can tell you, hands down 100% the honest truth that this App is WELL WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY!
