Tara was very helpful and while a lot of my tasks have been passed on to the technical team, it was nice to have the support while setting up this app.

So far... so good. I am getting good service and attention. My SEO number went from 54 to 81 within a few hours. The team at Tapita fixed errors quickly and are helping with the aspects of the e-commerce technology that I need help with; I do the design - now I need help to be visible to the world. Great app so far and the customer service is fabulous. They corrected my Google Search Console errors for no cost when I contacted them about it. They did it so quickly. I can see they are experts at this. I highly recommend their services.

The Customer service i received was amazing. I highly recommend this service. I started with the free service to test it out, I ended up needing some help from an agent, the agent jumped right in and helped my score went from 65 to 75 in minutes. I went right in for the upgrade, I have tried other apps this has been the best experience.
