the app is expensive as compared to other similar apps in the shopify market. In addition, they encourage to buy their services to do all the SEO work. The Ai credits are limited. We tried it but thought this is a leaky bucket. Thanks

Worst app ever Customer service is the worst Delay in reply and if you decide to pull Over good you won’t return any money to you I’m not satisfied with your explanation. Other apps process refunds quickly without complications, but in my case, you say it’s not allowed. Even when you refund, you don’t return the full amount, which is quite unreasonable considering the moderate price. Overall, it was a very bad experience, and I will not install or use your apps again—even if all features are offered for free. Initially had issues with charges and support, but after several discussions, they processed a refund. Service was eventually resolved, but communication took time.
Hi, Please allow us here to explain what is App charge policy. According to our terms and condition, your store is not qualified for refund, but we tried all we could to support you with the charge. We gave this store credits to use our app, however as 3rd party app developer, we do not have access or right to edit your bill. According to Shopify policy, after we gave credits, if the bill is already processed, merchants will need to contact Shopify directly to waive the bill. We sent you credits on Oct 11 and already sent you a Credit screenshot. May you please contact Shopify to ask them waive the bill please? We did try all we could to solve the bill for you, but as app developer, we do not have access or right to edit the bill. It must be done by Shopify, Best regards, Tapita

I have been with Tapita since the early days, loved it and told my other store owner friends about the app. Recently, Tapita notified me of some server change and asked me to re-enable the speed optimization. It wasn't so obvious how to do that so I ended up chatting with support who didn't have the most accurate knowledge on the UI (asking me to click on buttons that didn't exist). Long story short, now my "optimized" speed is 68, 20 points lower than what it used to be. When I pointed this out to support, I got an answer that it's better than what it'd be without, not really acknowledging the fact that it's significantly lower than what it used to be. I'm looking for great speed, not ok speed. Low bar! Sadly, I'll be looking for another solution. It was great while it lasted. Hopefully this kind of speed erosion doesn't happen to others.
