I initially had some issues with the Tapita app, particularly with the Google Search Console connection and concerns about page speed. However, after reinstalling the app and working with their support team, they were responsive and willing to investigate the issue. The support team, especially Katy, was helpful and offered a one-month free upgrade to the Advanced plan to ensure no double charge. Their willingness to collaborate and manually upgrade my subscription without extra cost was appreciated. I will continue using the app and will update my review after a month based on my experience. So far, their customer service has been proactive, and I appreciate their effort to resolve the issues.

However, as Shopify and Google have officially stated, Google PageSpeed scores do not reflect real user experience. Instead, what truly matters is Real User Performance (RUM), which we checked for your store and found to be in good standing (all green). Unfortunately, we didn’t have the opportunity to investigate further, as you requested an immediate refund then uninstall our app, before we could perform a thorough check. In the history, almost every month you install and uninstall our app, ever since last year april. So It's hard to say exactly why your Google page speed score drop if you install and uninstall a lot of apps, just like ours. We would like to check further for you if you allow, please contact us. ===> Refund Process We do support refunds and promptly initiated the process once requested. However, our legal team needed to review your case to determine its eligibility. After our agent submitted the request, the legal team responded within 3–4 hours confirming that the refund would be issued. We appreciate your patience and understanding that these processes require proper verification. ==> Billing Status & Refund Eligibility We also noticed that no payment was made before your request. Refunds can only be processed for completed transactions, which is why our support team could not proceed with an immediate refund via chat. The necessary checks on both payment status and eligibility were required before we could proceed. Google Search Console Connection Issue We acknowledge your report regarding the Google Search Console (GSC) connection issue. However, we were not given time to investigate before your refund request and app uninstallation. If you'd be open to reconnecting your store, we’d be happy to assist further.
