ProTrendyz review for Tapita AI SEO Optimizer, Speed
July 31, 2025
This app is pure false advertising. Does it improve SEO? No. Do they use time as an excuse for their own poor advertising? Yes. I've never had such an experience with other apps. To add, this app's support is deflective. They take a whole 3-4 days to delivery a definite response. Along with this, their all in one plan application takes 5-7 days at most too, only to be rejected with "your store isn't converting yet", 'we do not accept your store's type", and they procced to give you a generic SEO guide. Do not use this app, it's a pure waste of money.
Dear First of all, we sincerely apologize for our late response and any inconvenience you may have experienced. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback—your opinions are very important to us and help us improve our service. For the late response, since last request falls into our weekend so it takes longer than usual. And from your feedback we've arranged the work flow to shorten our response time. We are sorry that you have not seen the results you expected from the app so far. Please rest assured that our app does provide value for SEO improvement through features such as meta title & description optimization, sitemap submitting, LLMs.txt file generation, SEO error detection, keyword suggestions, and structured data (schema) creation. Our technical team is always ready to assist and help you fix any SEO issues on your website that falls within your app plan, completely free of charge. If you need any support, please do not hesitate to reach out for 1:1 assistance. Regarding the All In One plan application, we understand your frustration with the standard review process and the wait time. To maintain service quality, we apply the same criteria to all stores, but we are constantly working on better solutions to streamline and improve this process in the future. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience and truly hope you will give us another chance to support your business. Best regards, Tapita team
