Fantastic, took exactly 4 weeks with the app to get my first paying customer. Highly recommend this app for everyone starting up their business on a budget. However, one must make sure the 12% commission won't eat up the margins.

"Great results, just a few improvements needed!" I’ve been using Order Legend for a few weeks now and I’m genuinely impressed. It noticeably boosted our sales and helped optimize our ad spend, which was a pleasant surprise. The onboarding process was smooth, and support was responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The only reason I’m giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that the dashboard could be a bit more user-friendly, especially for those who aren’t as tech-savvy. A little more transparency in campaign performance breakdowns would also be great. That said, it’s a solid service and I’d definitely recommend it to other Shopify store owners looking to grow.

This app has really been a game-changer for me, I was a bit hesitant but I decided to give it a try and it's been working perfectly fine, brought in +20 orders on the 2nd month, and my store was quite recent, it wasn't even a month old when I installed it, so that says a lot about the work they put into this. I recommend using this, BUT, before you do, build a bit of image around your store and get ranked on google/bing/etc to help it do it's job even better. Thanks a lot to the team of Order Legend for the hard work and for this amazing service.

We had been with Order Legend since the early days and built up a well-optimised campaign over years, generating consistent results and strong ROAS. Without any prior notice, they shut down our campaign overnight as part of a “migration” to Redbrain — effectively resetting all performance, data, and momentum we had built. Since the switch, sessions and sales have collapsed. We were given vague responses and no clear timeline for recovery. The new setup is barely delivering 20% of what we had before. Our entire business was built around this channel, and the fallout has been devastating. Worst of all, there’s been no accountability — just canned responses and silence. If you’re considering relying on Order Legend to grow your store long-term, I strongly advise you think twice. They clearly could not care less about their long-standing customers.

El soporte es inexistente. Las campañas no funcionan. Llevamos meses con la app configurada y no obtenemos conversiones. Respuesta por parte de ellos, que nuestros productos no consiguen conversiones y que nos busquemos otro sistema, que ellos no se arriesgan en hacer nada , ni a modificar configuraciones.

Do not use if running own google ads, they claim they do not compete but i have full evidence to prove otherwise. Around 1 week after installing, my ads started getting very minimal clicks in the day, would spend around £2-5, then come 11pm - 12am at night, id get a surge of 60 clicks costing around £40.... this has happened twice now. This happened in the past too a few months back, but thought id test again, nothing different.

We started using the app quite recently for a few weeks and have already seen some initial results. The partnership is risk free for us as we only pay a commission on orders instead of CPC. Would recommend to anyone looking to boost their sales.

Since you installed Order Legend on February 28th, it has been 16 days, which includes the 4-7 days required for Google to approve the Merchant Center and ad account. Our ad campaigns have been running for less than 2 weeks are still ramping up, and we are actively funding ads for your store with our capital. Every new store goes through a risk assessment and learning phase where we assign an initial budget to test different bidding strategies and determine the best approach for driving sales. We typically recommend at least 30 days for this process to unfold so we can refine campaigns and find the right balance between ad spend and commission earnings. While we can’t guarantee sales—since factors like product demand, pricing, competition, and website conversion rate are outside our control—we do guarantee that you won’t be charged unless we generate sales. I've been using the app for some time now and am very pleased with it. It works well, and I haven't noticed any bugs or outages. Admittedly, it usually only works on my add-on items that I resell and not so much on my own hand-made items, but since the items I make are very niche and hard to market, I wasn't expecting anything different.

Very pleased with Order Legend and would happily recommend to others. It started slowly in the first 1-2 months but we kept going and by month 3-4 the contribution was very helpful.

This app has helped us to get more sales. It runs smoothly in the background, and is one nice revenue stream that guarantees profit as we only pay for sales.

Order Legend has generated us additional sales at no up front cost, just a sales commision paid on orders placed. We sell higher value items and this has worked well for us.
