I had a suspension issue in my Google Merchant Center account (misrepresentation), and the AdNabu team was incredibly helpful throughout the process. They provided clear, actionable feedback and took the time to review my website and feed in detail. They even contacted Google support on my behalf, which I really appreciated. Thanks to their guidance, my account has now been unsuspended. Highly recommend this app and their support team!

The app itself is easy to set up, and drives great performance at a cost-effective price. The real gem of our experience has been AdNabu's support team. Shagufta spent countless hours with us working through a Google Merchant Center error that was NOT caused by AdNabu. Rather than saying "not our problem", Shagufta and their team proactively contacted various support reps to diagnose the root-cause, troubleshoot, and execute a fix (all with daily updates). 5 star service experience.

Ich muss ehrlich sagen, dass diese App die Standard Google / Youtube App von Shopify um Längen schlägt! Diverse für das Merchant Center wichtige Parameter können hier (regelbasiert) problemlos mitgegeben werden. Der monatliche Preis von ca. 99,- € für den mittleren Tarif ist teuer, aber durch den mehr als kompetenten und freundlichen Support mehr als wert. Die Marktplatz-Funktion, beispielsweise für Bing, ist ein nützliches Add-on. Ich habe für das GMC auch andere Tools ausprobiert und bin nach einem durchwachten Wochenende wirklich froh, hier bei Nabu gelandet zu sein.

I recently installed Nabu Feed for Google on my Shopify store, and the experience has been seamless from start to finish. The installation process was incredibly straightforward, but what really stood out was the onboarding call with Priya. She was amazing—highly knowledgeable about every aspect of the tool and able to answer all of my questions with ease. It’s clear she knows the platform inside and out, which gave me a lot of confidence in getting my feed set up correctly. Amazing app and even better customer service. I had a couple of questions regarding the Google Shopping feed and they came back to me and were resolved in minutes. We have implemented the app and its already having a positive effect on our ads!
