Excellent app and great customer service. App syncs all the settings with GMC which is critical for our shop.

I have just installed the app so I'm still quite new to it. However I am very impressed at how easy it is to use, it includes detailed explanations whereever necessary. I was in need of some clarifications, Neha was very kind, helpful and very professional in providing all the necessary assistance. I hope all continues well but, for now, I highly recommend NABU!

I recently started using Nabu to create a Google shopping feed for my Shopify store, and I am thoroughly impressed with the service I have received from Nabu. Not only is the platform incredibly user-friendly and easy to navigate, but the customer support team is some of the best I've ever encountered. Whenever I had questions or ran into issues with my feed, Priya has been quick to respond and always goes above and beyond to help me resolve the problem. They are patient, knowledgeable, and truly seemed to care about helping me succeed with my Google Shopping campaigns. Overall, I highly recommend Nabu to anyone looking to create a Google shopping feed for their Shopify store. The platform is top-notch, and the customer support is truly outstanding. Five stars all around!

On day 1 of working with the Nabu App, customer service reached out almost immediately to assist with account issues. The meeting was set up in about 10 minutes and both Priya Singh and Ashwitha A quickly ran me through the faults and steps to a resolution that they will take. Clear, quick and friendly communication. Great first impressions.

fiperformance.com has over 150k products and most were throttled or killed by google for missing shipping and GTIN #'s which were all there but the google app sucks because it doesn't put the data in the right places. I don't have the time to mess with the feed with supplements and attribute control so I tried out this app and I wished I had found it sooner. Very straight forward and the Nabu team was given access to my GMC and shopify and did their thing flawlessly. I have a lot less work on my plate and now need to fix things like missing images, overlays, policy violations because google thinks some car parts are weapons. I also did screenshare with Sampy and she went over all the features of the app and made sure it was performing as it should. The cost of the app for my low volume / high average order (over $1000) store is totally worth it and if it generates 1 sales a month it pays for itself and a lot more.
