Used Omega for a month while searching for alternatives to the main Google Channel app. On the positive side, it is fairly straightforward and does pretty much what it says it will do—which, for the free tier, it quite a bit. If you have a small inventory without many variants, this app is a decent budget solution. It doesn't sync incorrect tax and shipping settings like the official Google Channel app, which was a huge plus. However, the functionality is hit or miss. For example, Omega was set to sync products to Google Merchant Center every week, but our products nearly expired a month later because it did not sync after the initial setup. I had to manually press the sync button. Variants kept being disapproved as well, due to how the product identifier was handled compared to other apps. Ended up switching to a different app that better met our needs.

Such a great app which can help me with all my pain point with Google shopping. I've tested several different feed apps to help improve our feed in Merchant Centre and stop items being disapproved, Google Shopping Feed by Omega is definitely the best. The app is professionally developed, the app interface is clear, easy to use and has many useful options. Their team also helped me with the issue related to the error in my Google merchant center and give me a solution to fix it. I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store on Google Shopping.

Feels like Joyce and her team is providing best support, they're almost 7'24 online for help. Also app is way better than Shopify's core Google channel, i think.

An alle die eine gute App für Google Shopping suchen . Diese hier ist schnell einfach und im Vergleich zu allen anderen sehr günstig , vor allem wenn man viele Artikel hat wie wir. Der Support hilft schnell und ist super freundlich. Wir haben mehrere Aps getestet und keine war so gut wie diese hier. Warum? 3 Klicks und alles ist erledigt. Ich danke auch dem super Supprt von Anna und von Mia.

5 Star App & Service. I've tested several different feed apps to help improve our feed in Merchant Centre and stop items being disapproved, Google Shopping Feed by Omega is definitely the best. The support team are fantastic. Super friendly and helped me setup our feed within the first few minutes of installing the app! The app interface is clear, easy to use and being able to push our product feed via the Content API is a real bonus as any changes made are quickly updated and synced with Merchant Centre. In the same afternoon as me installing the app, our Merchant Centre errors were fixed! I highly recommend this app to any Shopify store on Google Shopping.

We recently installed the Omega app to sync a selected collection to our Google Merchant Center. Google is pernickety about certain fields, and the OMEGA team LITERALLY walked me through sleuthing each issue out day-by-day, communication-by-communication to get my feed in its purest form for syncing. Above all, their tech support and customer service is superb... 10/10! They are super patient and committed to resolving any issues.

I used this app to help create a feed for Google Merchant Centre, and also to use as a product inventory feed for OnBuy.com. Its very user friendly and the layout is easy to understand. Support is very efficient too.

I didn't end up using the app as we are looking for a data feed for affiliates, not google. However, the support was super quick, friendly and did everything possible to help.
