I spent 349 dollars on an app that promised a one-time price, and now I find myself paying 100 dollars a month to continue using the service. It's a scam! I want my 349 dollars back! I will report the incident to the competent authorities having proof with screenshots and videos of the one-off payment from when I signed up for the subscription

Misleading Pricing – One-Time Payment Was a Scam I purchased this app for a hefty one-time fee of $349, trusting the promise that it was a lifetime deal. Now the team has unilaterally shifted to a subscription model, completely going back on their word. This is deceptive and unethical—if I had known this was temporary, I would have never paid that amount. It feels like a bait-and-switch. No grandfathering, no courtesy notice—just a stealthy push into recurring fees. Shopify should look into this behavior. Absolutely do not recommend this app unless you’re okay with being blindsided down the line.
We're truly sorry to hear you're unhappy with the pricing transition. When you purchased EasyTag in 2022, we offered a one-time payment option, which was valid and honored for over 18 months. During that time, you received full access to the app with no recurring charges. We’re proud we were able to offer that value. In 2024, Shopify introduced major changes to how ecommerce tracking works—particularly around Checkout Extensibility. These updates required us to completely rebuild core parts of the app to remain functional and compliant. To support this ongoing work and continue providing reliable service, we had to transition to a subscription model. This change wasn’t taken lightly, and we understand it may be frustrating—especially for long-time users. We reached out to affected customers during the transition and have always welcomed direct communication to help find fair solutions. We stand by the quality of our app and support, and we remain committed to transparency and fairness. If you're open to it, we’d be glad to continue this conversation privately and work toward a resolution.

I initially purchased it because it was advertised as a one-off payment - which, by the way, was quite expensive. Now, they're shifting to a subscription model, and the new pricing is far from affordable. This sudden change feels misleading and unfair. I genuinely feel scammed. If I had known this was coming, I never would have made the purchase.

Outstanding support – above and beyond! Radi didn’t just help me set up the Easy Tag app correctly — he went above and beyond by thoroughly investigating compatibility issues with other apps (like Consentmo) and addressing them over multiple sessions. He provided clear explanations, valuable insights, and stayed involved until everything worked exactly as expected. I’m extremely grateful for the time and dedication. Nous recommandons totalement cette application. Elle vous permet de connecter très facilement Google Tag Manager avec votre site internet et ainsi suivre les données et actions de vos utilisateurs. Par ailleurs, l'équipe est très réactive et professionnelle. Ils vont vous accompagner en cas de difficulté dans la mise en place de l'application.

Can't overestimate the convenience and precision of this tool! The best option you can find on the market! You can reach out to these guys via a quick call whenever you have issues/questions that you want to get solved! Highly recommended!

App doesn't work. I followed instruction carefully and then tested the website using Google Tag Assistant and the site failed the Google Tag Assistant test. I manually entered the Google Tag and only then did my site pass the Google Tag Assistant test.

This plugin saved my life. I can now collect all the data I need in GA4 and Google Ads. Their support could help me when I needed their help. I really recommand their app.

I'm really happy with the purchase. Fast and excellent technical support, it shows you how to configure and how the tool works. Rami is charming! Now it's time to properly configure the GTM part and that's it. I recommend it 100%.
