Very good and fast support! Also with video chat. And of course also the app (which usally dont need any support, if you dont have any special needs) runs perfectly. Don't choose any more expensive app. You don't need it. EasyTag is everything you need in regards to tags and datalayer. Thanks.

Great job by Radi - he took the time to help me and solve my issue - very professional and excellent developer. If you haven't done that yet, please download this app for a complete analytics setup.

Simple and quick installation. We had a specific question and Radi helped within a very short time (same day) even via video call. Additional follow-up questions via email were also answered super quickly.

After years of trying to understand tag manager and experiencing so much frustration with poor and expensive services from marketing agencies, I decided to try Easy Tag - GTM & data layer. It is very affordable and super easy to use. I installed all my pixels and followed up with Redi, who connected with me and went thru every piece of data to ensure my store was appropriately set up and tracked. He helped me check my google ads and my google merchant center. Fantastic; I am so grateful to Radi and his company. Kuddos and ten stars, keep up with the excellent job!

This guys made an incredible job, it's amazing what their app is doing and the customer service...never saw a person so implicated like Radi. They've fixed all the issues that looked like a chaos at first look and our tracking is very good and well setted up. I recommend 100% and also the service and app worth more than 150$ for sure. Easy installation and very good communication anytime.

Nous avons installé l'application Easy Tag pour résoudre des problèmes de tracking. Cette application est mille fois plus puissante et performante que d'utiliser les fonctionnalités par défaut de Shopify, notamment pour les remontées sur Google Analytics. Le support client est un des meilleurs que nous ayons pu rencontrer ! Aucune question n'est un problème et la disponibilité et le professionnalisme de Radi sont incroyables ! C'est le 3e site Shopify sur lequel nous installons l'application et c'est maintenant notre solution préférée. Nous la recommandons à 100% pour un tracking efficace.

The app is not worth the price at all. Its very high for one time fee and here is why, When i pay 149$ i expect Live support or even an instant reply. I've send an email from yesterday yet there is no reply. Even the lowest cost apps which cost 10$ will reply faster than this. Now another part of the problem is there is no guide at all on how you can setup the code, when i want to install the tags, it show we need to add an ID which is something is not telling you on where to get or how, I just setup the tags without an ID and here comes the problem. They are not working and i have to remove them all but there is no option to re do the process. its one time and if you missed up then you have to hire someone who is expert to remove the code and re fix everything from scratch. To bad i've wasted 149$

The app solves you in few minutes what you will need few weeks to configurate, also because the skills of Radi are crazy , in the meanwhile you see numbers and tags , he sees the code decodified .

This app and Radi are excellent. Not only does it come with a bunch of useful built-in data layers and custom JS, but the support is beyond amazing. He basically supported us every step of the way and it's absolutely worth every penny.

Easy Tag provides a unique customer service. They didn't stop till we had all the problems solved. If you need an "Easy Tag" app, you better be with them. 100% recomended.
