I was having trouble with the review request pop up staying on the screen for more that a couple seconds so contacted support. Support were straight onto sorting out the issue and it was done in under an hour. Easy and fast support service. Thanks

Used this app for over a month, collected 25 reviews. However Google support refused to acknowledge them, saying this app is not authorized to collect review. This is confusing.

These guys have been consistent in just getting in there and fixing whatever doesn't work. I have no idea how they do it. But it's done overnight, fixed. Bing Bang, Boom. Done. Highly recommended.
