Updating my review from 1 to 5 stars. We were initially caught off guard when Govalo suddenly stopped working for us and support seemed to disappear. Since then, the app has been taken over by a new team who are doing a great job. Govalo is once again easy to set up and use, and our customers love having the option to purchase gift cards. When we ran into an issue with the gift card product showing multiple checkout buttons, their team quickly jumped into our store and fixed it so everything looked and functioned correctly. I would definitely recommend this app again.

Left three messages to get support over a week. None of the messages were responded to. If you're having any trouble onboarding or expect to need any level of service, avoid downloading or just uninstall. I should have expected this. Many other 1 star reviews with the same issue.

So disappointed. We've been using this app for some time but suddenly can't get any response from customer service when something isn't working. They just don't respond at all! Looks like we'll have to find another gift card app.
