This may be the best app and the fastest way to start offering a military, government, and first responder discount on your e-commerce store. Incredibly great team and app to work with, the checkout blocks are easy to add and our customers are using it easily. The team at GOVX is great to work with, no issues with them! I would love to give this 5 stars. There's a major issue for a lot of merchants. There's no way in the app for a merchant to easily hide items or edit the brand listing on their store, which can be a huge issue when trying to create limited edition drops, website-only exclusives, or limiting compatible products. We had service parts and items that shouldn't be on the GOVX storefront. Ideally, this would be a sales channel or metafield on the products in Shopify so merchants can easily choose what items get placed in the GOVX store.

Easy to use and easy to set up! Many veterans are able to get a discount and the discount applies to recurring orders! Well done and easy to manage!

I'm a former LAPD Detective and I've been using GovX for many years. I wanted my company, Directional Force, to join GovX, so I was preparing for a long drawn out process. I experienced the opposite. The app integration was quick and easy. The customer service is phenomenal. Tana has been so helpful with addressing the details I was concerned about. I'm glad to be in the GovX family.

Very pleased with this app. Incredibly easy to install, and it's delivered the fastest ROI of any of the upsell apps we use. Customer support is great, and it's nice to have a way to offer something back to the people who serve our country.

I love having this option to provide a discount to the people that do so much for their fellow humans! It makes it so quick and easy. I've only had to contact support once and it wasn't even a problem that was on their end, but they were able to help me figure out the issue. They were very quick to respond and very nice. Highly recommend this app!

GOVX ID it's been a continuous revenue stream for our online store, in addition to allow us to support our heroes on the front lines.

This app was quick and easy to install and implement. It allowed us to have a legitimate working solution for military discounts (etc.) within a matter of a few minutes! I have wanted to offer military/veteran discounts for a number of years but was intimidated by what it would take logistically and what it would cost. GovX has been extremely simple and easy and has worked great without any issues. It was particularly beneficial to have no up front costs or subscription fees other than paying a commission on any orders originating from their website.

How long does it take to verify the identity of military personnel, our user response, submitted but did not get a discount code, the experience is not very friendly, we contacted their developers, but did not get a response

I was having trouble adding the GOVX button to my pop-up cart. I reached out and gave them access to my discounts and website editor, and they were able to add it manually for me right away. It's nice being able to give our customers this extra savings as they serve our country. I highly recommend this app! :)
