GovX is simple to use as a retailer, and simple to use for our customers. A win-win situation. Some of the other solutions we reviewed were costly and didn't provide any additional service or convenience to our GovX type of customers that warranted the costs.

Jessica Milligan was very helpful in making sure we were squared away with the correct discounts and when the special promotion of an extra % off for a certain period of time. She also reached back out to make sure that we had corrected it back after the promotion was over. Very helpful, kind, and quick responses.

GovX takes all the verification work off the store owner so you can be sure the discount goes to a deserving customer. I believe it’s important to give back to those that serve and this app makes its so easy to do. Highly recommended!

As a veteran-owned and run company, being able to provide discounts to active duty military, veterans, and first responders is important to us. GovX ID makes it simple! If you want to support those that risk their lives for us, this is the easiest way to do it! Their dashboard makes it easy to set up and when we had trouble with a theme update, their technical support helped fix the issue that day.

Very easy set up, customers love it, feels good to help out military and first responders. Removes some of the friction from our customer service team who kept getting asked about discounts and would manually create them. Highly recommend!

GovX streamlines and eases the process of vetting veterans and offering them a discount at our online store. The customer support team was/has been very responsive and helpful setting up the program and working with them around additional special promotions. I would highly recommend GovX to any other veteran owned company to help further promote your appreciation to our nations heros.

Almost immediately after setting up the app on our site and linking it to GovX ID's website, we started to see orders come through from the men and women that serve our country in various ways and deserve the discount. We are happy to continue this partnership. It's a win-win-win for every one!
