Excellent app, functions so seamlessly, it's like a quiet hum in the background. Very well-made, easy to install and integrate into our website. We're very happy to have this app to serve our veterans/first responders better.

We just installed the app on our Shopify Store, and it appears to be working just fine. However, I have one main complaint about the GovX listing page (If this is not connected to the App, I'm happy to edit my review): - There is no way to manage the products that are displayed on the GovX page. Hundreds of products are just displayed without any apparent logic, and there is no way for the customer to filter by category, search or explore by price etc. It is basically impossible to organize an effective storefront on GovX.

I greatly appreciate the GOVX platform and their amazing staff, for recognizing those who serve our great Country in so many facets. The GOVX platform is helping to stretch our dollar a little further in these tough financial times. I’ve been a member of GOVX for my service in law enforcement and now I’ve become a selling partner providing discount pricing to my brothers & sisters. As a member I knew the staff was amazing, but now after becoming a partner and working closely with Tana in Partner Support, I can see they go above & beyond and truly care about each one of us. We love the GOVX app! We have a lot of gov, military, first responders and veterans, and they love the app too. We'd been just taking people's word for it that they were military or veterans etc, but having a mechanism to verify gives us a lot of confidence we're not being taken advantage of. The GOVX marketplace has also been very helpful for us driving additional sales. Edit; we've now been using GovX for several months and we love it. Their support has been fantastic and we can't say enough goo things about them. We generate a lot of sales with this app and our only wish is that they could also cover Canada as there is nothing comparable in Canada.

With a brick & mortar, it's always easy to check a military ID for validity during a transaction. But when doing business online, we were told by a Military Officer that requesting copies of military IDs to verify service was not allowed. So we needed to find a solution - GovX ID. Not only did it give us the opportunity to easily offer military discounts so we could in some additional way say "thank you for your service," but it also boosted our business. So thanks GovX ID, and a personal thank you to all the service members that keep us safe!

We had some hiccups at first, with codes not being accepted but once that got straightened out it's been smooth sailing. Looking forward to see what comes of the promotion we will run with them in October.

We enjoy working with GovX and are very proud of the community they support. The only issue we have with the system is that it pulls "hidden products" from our system and lists then through their website, so some of our listings on their website are not really available for purchase.

Being a Made in the USA company, Cockpit USA is happy to offer all US Military members (active and veteran status) a special discount for their services. GOVX makes the verifying and issuing of the discount code to members seamless. It is an added bonus that we are featured on the GOVX website for added visibility.
