Tilly and the Buttons review for Grapevine Post Purchase Survey

This app has been an incredible find and has performed so well for our small business so far! It’s really user-friendly for setting up all the surveys, and the customer service is incredibly efficient. We’re currently using their interactive Shopify checkout survey, where customers can leave feedback about their experience before they forget, and we’re also planning to use the Klaviyo integration for more in-depth feedback. Highly recommend this app over some of the other big survey platforms.
