Have just installed, simple to use, replaces a mandatory drop down box at checkout which had some bugs, so hoping asking after checkout is more user friendly. Saw this one on Shopify Facebook group, thanks for the tip! www.themakerss.co.uk Needle Felting Supplies

Does exactly what it says on the tin. Recommended app for when you want insight into where your customers are coming from and what marketing efforts are working!

This is a pretty impressive little free app. Surprisingly, with a simple little optional question at the end of the checkout process, over half of our customers are answering the question. Thank you for offering this free resource, Union Works!

I have been looking everywhere for a ‘how did you hear about us’ app and this one is perfect and it’s free! What I love about it, other than being very easy to set up, is that it asks the question on the thank you page after a customer places an order which is perfect!

As usual with Union Works apps it is great. Gives me an insight to traffic, and not what I was expecting. Interesting to see how it pans out over the year- a low cost tools that gives interesting feedback.
