I just installed this app. Easy to use and collects valuable data. It would be a great benefit if this survey could be added compulsory in cart pre purchase.
Thanks for your review, we're glad you like the app. Thanks for your suggestion, in order to ensure a smooth buying process, we decided that the survey question should appear after the transaction has taken place. It ensures that the app will never be the cause of an abandoned purchase. I hope you understand and hopefully you'll start to see Customers filling out your Survey post-purchase. Thanks again!

Easy to install. Looks seamless and accomplishes what I wanted to do. Now we wait to see if customers submit a response.

Super easy to set up. Customers were more than happy to fill this out after the purchase and we were able to gather some useful information for the marketing team.

Really useful when utm are not enough - highly recommended app, easy to integrate and nice UI/UX / reporting :) .

Great customer service! I met a trouble in editing the form css and emailed Grapevine. They responded and helped me fix it until I was satisfied. The app is easy and simple to use. Recommended!

Great app! does exactly what it says, and integrates very nicely on the thank you page. Definitely, a valuable tool as it can give you a greater insight than what Google Analytics can offer alone.

I use the app for a few days and I just have to say it works perfectly !! As simple as described. I wanted to customize the "Submit" default button to fit our langage (French) and Steve and all the support team were really effective. In less than 24hours, they did an option to let me edit it in the settings. Really customer centrer for a FREE app :)

We installed Grapevine recently to transition our "How did you hear about us?" reporting away from a bit of code, to an approved Shopify App, and have been quite impressed! Installation and setup of Grapevine is quick and simple, and matches our order status page styling, with no additional customization. The reporting functionality is easy to use, and provides access to much more data than we were previously getting. Union Works' support was also quick to respond when we ran into a minor issue. Well done!

We absolutely love this app, it provides crucial feedback on different marketing campaigns and lets us know exactly which marketing campaigns are successful and which are not. It's free, and best of all their customer service is top notch. A+
