We use this app to track attribution for channels outside of paid social (radio, TV, etc) where direct attribution is difficult. Very easy to use and great support when needed.

There’s simply no better tool for capturing customer feedback and understanding their journey. As a marketer of a fairly niche product, this invaluable data is the cornerstone of every successful campaign. I wish I could deploy Grapevine across every single marketplace we sell on—it’s that exceptional.

Very good app which integrated nicely to the Thank you page of my store. I used it to ask my customers how they had found the store, providing valuable data as to where to focus my efforts. Support was also quick to respond when I had a question. Definitely recommend!

This is an awesome app and very easy to setup! It's helped us better understand our customers and their purchase journey. Highly recommend as a simple add on Some feedback for the developers for additional features: - Allow survey to be erased to reset responses/data for another survey - Improve analytics and reporting, give more options for the business owner to pivot and filter data to measure what's valuable to them

Great and cost-efficient post purchase survey. We needed some custom fields on the export and Sam was more than happy to accommodate. Less functionality than some of the pricier ones in the space but you really can't beat the price and service.

Great little app and it's priced fairly ($3 a month should be the standard for all apps that do just one thing) 4 stars rather than 5 because of one feature it desperately needs: At the moment you can only make one survey. If you want to change your survey question you have to ask the team to wipe your data and start again (making sure to download the data first) It would be great if you could change the survey question and this would then create a new tab in the analytics, rather than having to delete everything I'd also really like to see a bit more segmentation so that the survey gets shown to people based on what they buy. At the moment, my survey is asking a question about the main product, but it's not particularly relevant to customers that are buying something different.
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and provide your thoughts on improvements. We may introduce some of your suggestions in the future, however, the level of development and support required to deliver and maintain those features would, unfortunately, lead to a more expensive app.

This is a great tool for our team to use that helps gauge how our customers are finding us. I worked with Steve Jones from their support team and they were very helpful in fine-tuning the design on our ReCharge order confirmation page to match the design I set up for Shopify's order confirmation page. Very grateful for the help and great communication!

Easy to implement post checkout survey, provides helpful data insights! Using the How Did You Hear About Us Survey is key to evaluating performance of non-digital media and marketing programs. It also provides valuable information so that we can further understand the customer journey to purchase.

Well worth it - Understanding attribution is so critical when it comes to growing your store. Grapevine does an amazing job, with surprising response rates from our customers. With this data, I can quickly make decisions that help me cut costs and increase revenue (exactly what every store owner wants)! Support is great and follows up with your concerns or suggestions.

This App is a great way to find out where customers are finding you, or really any info that you'd like to know about your customer! Plus, I had a question, emailed customer support on a Sunday & Steve got back to me with an answer to my question less than 20 minutes later (on a Sunday!!) Great App, Great Support & it's Free! Five Stars!!
