We had a great experience working with Grid & Pixel across multiple brands. They were excellent from the beginning and honestly just kept getting better over time. They really took the time to learn our businesses, understand our customers, and develop phenomenal email campaigns that reflected each brand's personality. They also managed our Klaviyo flows and automations, and we were extremely happy with the quality of their work. The entire team was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about getting things right. If you're a Shopify merchant who doesn't have the time or expertise to manage your own email marketing, I would absolutely recommend hiring Grid & Pixel.
