Disaster! Generic templates they throw together. No care to review and make sure your product is visible, the collections are accurate, copywriting is included or makes sense. They will put your white logo on a white background. Recycle the same graphics on every e-mail. For $1200 year you can do better.

I am very disappointed in this app. I have automations going to customers that I did not design or approve which completely are misaligned with the actual campaigns that are active. I am currently being overbilled and charged $200 a month and nobody within grid pixel has done $200 worth of work in any way shape or form it is very disappointing.
