JAREDJAMIN review for Grid & Pixel Email‑SMS‑Popups

Grid & Pixel's 'Autopilot' ran our Klaviyo account Mar-Oct 2026. Their own Mar 2026 suppression recommendation was never executed, driving ~$500 in avoidable Klaviyo charges. Templates they shipped carried unresolved PROMOCODE placeholders across 1,292 of 1,965 sends; our Jul 31 questions were never answered. A $149 charge posted after cancellation was demanded. A Partner Conduct complaint has also been lodged with Klaviyo. We demanded a $1,543 refund; only the $149 has been refunded. I will remove this review once the damages are remedied.
