I knew this app would be a game-changer for my business the moment I saw the animated graphics in a marketing email I received from Grid & Pixel. John, the co-founder, met with me on two separate occasions in our first week after adding the app and spent time explaining how we can customize the templates and he set up several customized automations for us. It's very rare, from my experience, to receive this kind of dedication from Shopify Developers. One of the best apps out there for email marketing! So easy to use, affordable and easy to to get a little creative with. Once you begin paying around with all the different designs it becomes super easy to use. Love how there are so many choices and they are interactive. John has really helped me out throughout the entire process from the beginning. The customer service is beyond exceptional and he also listened to the feedback I have shared. Highly recommend this app to help with your email marketing. You will not be disappointed!

I could not wait to leave a review. This is by far the best app I have ever installed. John was the key element in helping me put all my emails in the right order as far as how and when to send them out. He is also a master at creating beautiful, hip, cool, trendy emails. I actually discontinued another app for my emails because of Grid&Pixel AI email SMS. I can now have very professional emails going out that look like the big chain stores' emails at a fraction of the price. This app has been a life saver for my email marketing campaigns. I have been wanting to step up my email marketing for a while, but it is so time-consuming as a one-person operation. The Grid and Pixel team really helped me understand and rework my email flows to nurture my existing customers. I have recently created an email/SMS campaign for a flash sale and it was simple to use and edit the templates and received increased engagement. The templates are on brand utilizing your brand colors and usually only need minor changes to adjust to the email messaging. I am excited to continue using Grid and Pixel with my growing email list.

We recently installed Grid & Pixel to our Shopify store and are very impressed with the results. It takes our emails and flows to another level and we think our conversion rates will improve greatly.
