Adding Growave was the one of best decisions and had immediate, positive results for our ecom business. The addition of social credibility, reward loyalty, and encouraged sharing has helped grow our business. Implementation and operation is simple, even for those of us who are less-than tech savvy. However, what really sets this app apart is the incredible customer service provided by their team! Vlad assisted me recently with reintegration of Growave's widgets after we updated our theme to Shopify 2.0. After ensuring he understood our issues, he got to work and had everything operating correctly within a couple hours. Beyond fixing our problems, Vlad did an amazing job of communicating what changes were made, showing evidence of proper functioning, and explaining how we can manage issues in the future. This level of customer service far exceeded our expectations and was exemplary of how all tech companies should operate.
