I had a very positive experience using Growave, especially thanks to Mario’s support throughout the entire process. The platform is very intuitive and offers excellent tools to improve customer engagement and loyalty, which had a very positive impact on my business. What truly stands out is the level of support. Mario was always extremely available, attentive, and professional, helping me at every stage — from setup to optimization. He made the whole experience much simpler, smoother, and more enjoyable. Overall, I highly recommend Growave, not only for its features but also for the outstanding customer support, which really makes a difference.

After let's say some technical changes and challenges, the team were able to help me get all the functions of this app working and really well. I have to give the 5 stars for their support and responsiveness. The app itself has some brilliant tools, I need to dive deeper into it so see what other benefits I can find.

apparently this app has been charging me $30 for 6 years under shopify and i just now realized. according to the stats it has made me $0. this is CRAZY. do not recommend.

The Growave support team was incredibly helpful in resolving several issues we had with product ratings showing on our collection page. They helped us hide the rating when a product hasn't been rated yet, and also fixed the rating display for another sales channel on the collection page. It's rare to find a team that pays attention to such details across different channels. Highly recommend Growave if you're looking for a reviews app that truly supports its users.

I've dealt with Sergio, Tim and Bak numerous times now and every time has been very pleasant. Very efficient in their responses and work. We've had a few technical issues after migrating to Shopify and they've made sure everything has run smoothly. Highly recommend, great customer service.

I recently completed my second support call with Sally from Growave. She was professional, patient, and highly knowledgeable throughout the entire interaction. She explained each step clearly and her communication was excellent--all issues were resolved efficiently while ensuring nothing was overlooked. We haven't launched our Shopify site yet, but the set up process with the Growave app has been brilliant - their onboarding team Begi and Joel have been so helpful and responsive. Every time I've emailed them they get straight back to me and have resolved any issues or answered any questions immediately.

We’ve just finished setting up our loyalty program page and the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The app itself is easy to set up and works seamlessly with Shopify. What really stood out to us was the support team. They were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us customize the loyalty page exactly the way we envisioned it. Even when some adjustments required extra development work, they stepped in and delivered without hesitation. So far, everything is running smoothly since going live, and this has been one of the best support experiences we’ve had. Powerful app with lots of features for the cost. Lacks some of the user-friendly customizability that others have, but their team is super responsive and are able to help customize the look/feel very quickly. Just wish the internal theme editor was more robust.
