The Growave team has been incredibly supportive throughout our experience. We reached out with a few custom requests, and they handled everything smoothly and much faster than we expected. Their team was always responsive, easy to work with, and willing to go the extra mile. We recently started using the Growave app, primarily because we were looking for a wishlist solution for our store. The IT company we work with highly recommended it, and it turns out to be a fantastic one-stop-shop for reviews, loyalty programs, and wishlists, all without exorbitant pricing. So far, we are incredibly impressed with their customer support. They are very fast to respond, communicate clearly, and have been extremely helpful with all of our customization requests.

Generally a good app at a good price. We are using the Klaviyo integration and sending reviews and follow ups with Klaviyo. There was an issue with the way our external email devs set up the Review requests that some reviews were credited to the wrong customers. When first identifying the issue and reaching out to the Growave support team, they were quite defensive looking for reasons that our observation was incorrect and that the reviews were with the correct customers. Instead of being accepting of issue and working together in trouble shooting to find the root cause.

We’ve been using this app for a while now, and overall it has been a great experience. Most of the features fit our daily workflow really well, and the interface is clean, simple, and easy to operate. The available tools and components make the whole process much smoother, especially when handling customization and optimization tasks. What impressed us the most is the support team, they responded quickly, understood our needs clearly, and helped us solve several setup issues with patience and professionalism. It’s not always easy to find an app that combines useful features with reliable service, but this one really does a great job. Highly recommended!

We had a great customer experience from start to finish and felt supported every step of the way. While the initial setup process took a bit of time, it was worth it to ensure everything was configured properly; any time we had a question, it was answered promptly. We especially loved working with Mario—he was always happy to help, full of enthusiasm, and just a genuinely kind person to collaborate with. We would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a new review/loyalty platform.
