They say 3 integrations on Growth. If you want to integrate features that require an API, you have to purchase the PRO package. It is blatantly misleading and a waste of time. You shouldn't list "3 integrations" then.

We've been using Growave for a few months now, and it's going great! Our customers love the rewards program and we love that it keeps them engaged with our shop. We have a brick & mortar and online store, and it has been a seamless experience for both. Mario was so wonderfully helpful in getting us setup and answering our many questions. I so appreciate his time and effort in making sure we had a great experience as well!

We've had a great experience using Growave for our reviews and rewards program. The platform is easy to manage and provides the features we need to create a better experience for our customers. One of the biggest highlights has been their support team. They are responsive, helpful, and always willing to assist with questions, customizations, and implementation needs. Whenever we've needed help making adjustments to better fit our store, the team has been very supportive. Overall, Growave has been a reliable solution for managing customer reviews, loyalty, and rewards, and we would definitely recommend it to other Shopify stores looking for an all-in-one customer engagement platform.

A really comprehensive app! It’s just a shame that the styling options are quite limited. However, a huge plus is the incredibly fast and helpful customer support. They implemented all of our styling requests and customizations very quickly. A clear recommendation from us – especially thanks to such a great and responsive development team!

I originally moved from Wix to Shopify specifically so I could use Growave from an experience with this app from another retailer, and I’m really glad I did. The app has been great for setting up our loyalty rewards and reviews, but the support team has been the standout. They’ve been extremely helpful, responsive, and patient throughout the setup process, including helping troubleshoot some DNS issues on my end. Nothing has been too much trouble, and they’ve made the whole process really easy. Highly recommend them!

Janet was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. She helped me set up Growave and went above and beyond to ensure everything was configured correctly. We recently started using the Growave app, primarily because we were looking for a wishlist solution for our store. The IT company we work with highly recommended it, and it turns out to be a fantastic one-stop-shop for reviews, loyalty programs, and wishlists, all without exorbitant pricing. So far, we are incredibly impressed with their customer support. They are very fast to respond, communicate clearly, and have been extremely helpful with all of our customization requests.
