I'm just starting to use the app again. Although I'm not happy about the massive price increase, I'm willing to try it. Jaganat from their support team spent time with me setting up the app. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and patient with all of my questions. Thank you, Jaganat!!!

powerful apps and nice support. Most functions is very well. But the price is too high

Edit: With Growave V2, the platform seems more stable. Support is responsive and good at resolving issues. Still, the occasional bug but that is to be expected I suppose. We highly recommend Growave for your store. Growave promises an all-in-one marketing solution. At first glance, this seems to be true, but we're in the process of incorporating it into our brand-new website, which isn't even live yet, and we're running into bug after bug. The support eventually resolves them, but then we run into something else that doesn't work. They say we're the only ones impacted by these bugs, which I highly doubt since we're a fresh store with no legacy and few other apps. We like the promise of it but have been pretty disappointed so far. We hope our experience will increase soon, or we'll have to start looking at alternatives.

The Growave Support is very helpful and help you with all your customizations wishes. The app itself has limited features for evaluation. It's not so easy to evaluate how the tool works for customers. There are deviations in the numbers and it is difficult to recognize whether the tool is really working for our community. That's why i give only 4 stars. Apart from that we are happy with Growave. It's nice too to have different options in one tool (reviews, wishlist, referral, ...)

After I left a bad review expressing my frustration and disappointment with the functionality of this app, Growave have been in contact and sorted all the issues. The app is back functioning well now and the loyalty programme is very popular and well received by my customers. I still have the issue every now and again with an undelivered email, particularly to BT customers, so that’s why I have knocked off a star.

The application is very good, but it has some flaws: -It's slow to load pages. -Regarding the rewards program, some ways of rewarding customers are not very effective. For example, customers can share or visit our social networks to earn points, but for sharing, they can cheat, meaning they share nothing and still earn points. Moreover, just visiting doesn't serve much purpose. It would have been better to give points in exchange for a "like" on the Facebook page or a follow on Instagram or Twitter. However, overall, it's a very good all-in-one application with a good price point. The big plus is the team that is always available to solve your problems, although there were a few problems I encountered that they couldn't solve. I recommend the application, especially if you need an all-in-one solution. I've noticed that the application is updated frequently, which is good news. I will also update my review after my customers have used the application.

Customer service is knowledgeable about the apps and able to answer enquiry within acceptable timeframe. However that's some limitation which they could not do from their end and will need to be specific and clear on the request or enquiry so that they will be able to provide the best solution to your matters. Overall Growave provides what we needs and hope to see the suggestion submitted to be implemented.

Growave is a good value app that provides a lot of functionality in one app. Some fixes and adjustments have been required along the way but the team has been very helpful and easy to work with.

Great app for loyalty programs and wishlist creation! Very intuitive, easy to use on both ends! Growave team is also extremely helpful in solving all sorts of issues - smooth communication, timely responses and fast problem solving. Highly recommend it! I've tried a couple of similar apps and so far Growave is the best, definitely worth it. However, update to 2.0 version changed the reviewer's name presentation function which I personally find absurd. After the update, in the free version, client's full name and surname are visible under the review, and if you want to keep your Client's information private and only show the surname's first letter, well, then you need to upgrade to a paid plan. Shouldn't privacy be a default option? I understand that you want to give Store Owners flexibility, and that's amazing, but keeping Client's surname hidden is such a weird thing to ask us to pay for. What I love about the update is the new design, it's clean and professional. Thanks for that.

It is a great app and the chat assist is fast too. The only thing I would add into the app is an auto discount for my customers when they purchase based on their tier. It is more rewarding and it's easier to retain them. Unless it is already in the app which i don't know how to set it

It's a great combination of features and price. Plus the support is solid. I've been with growave for a couple of years. But I'm not satisfied with the progress this app has (not) made in visual design. Nothing has changed. The overall visual design of the app is mediocre at best which doesn't help convert visitors very well. It feels very early 2000s. Growave needs to focus on design. We need more modern looking widgets and alternatives to the slider design for reviews. Why does it have to look so bad? Please look at Loox or other competitors which have card based design and grids. NOTE: I'm NOT talking about the Admin area. I'm talking about how the app looks on websites. Particularly the reviews.

The app is very good and support is excellent and fast. I've uninstalled it because it makes it mandatory for customers to create an account, while I prefere to let them decide if they want to join the reward program (and create an account) or just purchase more quickly.

A couple of issues came up, but it was a user error. I had updated my Shopify pages for SEO and accidentally deleted the coding that makes Wishlist, Refer a friend, and Loyalty program Landing Pages appear on my site. It took three days for them to figure out how I wanted it reinstalled, due to the language barrier I believe, but it looks great now. Thank goodness for 24/7 help.

I use this app for my wishlist and am so happy. whenever I update or change my theme, growave is always ready to update me. I never have to ask first; they always know when and where the right places to put their extensions are.

Great set of features. Some of the admin pages need work as it can be hard to make some changes after you have launched but the team is always more than happy to help and is very friendly
