Hamvay-Láng review for Growave: Loyalty & Wishlist
While Growave was initially very willing to help us set up their loyalty program exactly as we envisioned, their support has been insufficient when it came to resolving issues that arose later. We operate with multiple markets where product prices differ. Although the free-product reward works correctly in our base market, customers in other markets are unable to redeem a true 100% discount and are still required to pay a remaining balance. Their team initially informed us that they had identified a solution, but we soon discovered that it did not work in practice. When we reached out again, we were told that no other options were available. Moreover, when we asked whether they could assist us in configuring a percentage-based reward as an alternative to the free-product option, they showed no willingness to help or explore possible customisation. An utterly disappointing approach from a service we had trusted to support our business long-term.
