日本のサイトに導入しました。 I chose this app because I use social login, review collection, loyalty program, and favorite list. It's easier than adding a bunch of apps because all the features you want to implement are in one place. I didn't use it for our site, but I'm also attracted to the fact that you can pull in other posts from instagram. Emails to customers are also prepared from the beginning, so if you are not particular about what you want to send, you can minimize the customization. I was expecting to lose the points that my customers had accumulated due to the site migration, but I was told that I can transfer them to GROWAVE. The articles on setting up the system are extensive, and there are many things that can be solved without inquiring. If I can't solve a problem by myself, I can ask a question via chat, which is most helpful. I use English and images to communicate my inquiries, and when my intentions are understood, they are promptly responded to, which is very helpful. I'm Japanese and can't speak English at all, but I've been able to communicate with them using the translation tool, so if you're not sure which app to use, I think you should consider it as a candidate :) ソーシャルログイン、レビュー収集、ポイントプログラム、お気に入りリストを使用するため、このアプリを選びました。 導入したい機能がまとまっているので、アプリを何個も入れるより楽です。 うちのサイトでは使いませんでしたが、他にもinstagramの投稿を引っ張ってきて載せれたりするのも魅力的ですね。 顧客に送るメール文なども、最初から用意されているので、特にこだわりがない場合は最小限のカスタマイズで済ませる事ができます。 サイト移行のため、それまで顧客が貯めていたポイントが失効してしまうと思っていたのですが、それもGROWAVEに頼めば引き継げるそうで助かります。 設定に関する記事は充実していて、問合せせずとも解決できることも多くあります。 自分で解決できなかった時は、チャットで質問ができて、これが一番助かっています。 問合せは英語や画像を使って伝えるのですが、こちらの意図が伝わると迅速に対応していただけてとても助かっています。 私は日本人で英語は全くできませんが、翻訳ツールを使ってやりとりすることができているのでどのアプリにしようか導入を迷われている日本の方は候補にいれて良いと思います。
