I have to say, Simon at customer service is on the ball. He has been extremely helpful and responsive. I recommend this app :) Uodated review: I needed more help integrating with PayPal (glitch was on PayPal's side), and Mike helped me out and he was just brilliant. Excellent customer service, and very personable!

The team has been really helpful as we set up our store and our configurations. They even went above and beyond to make a feature improvement that we requested on the same day! Highly recommend.

** Update** Going on a few months of using them. We have used support a few times and Mike and team have been AMAZING! ***I have dealt with many shopify apps over the years. GrowthHero, and more specifically Dagmara, is outstanding! Set up a challenging requirement of ours almost immediately. I would not look at another Affiliate Marketing Platform.

Holy Moses! This app is the holy grail of Affiliate Marketing Apps. It does EVERYTHING you need to set up any sort of referral program. The features and customizability combined with the super affordable prize of this app are beyond anything we've seen and what you sometimes don't even get with 500USD/per month and upwards affiliate platforms. Support(Thank you Simon) is also super fast and the help pages are super easy to read and understandable. Keep up the great work and this app please. It's a life saver for small businesses :)

The GrowthHero team went above & beyond to help us build out our client's affiliate program. They were very responsive to our emails, extremely pleasant to communicate with AND they even added new features to their API to help us meet our build requirements. I highly recommend this app, but even more importantly I recommend the people at GH - quite literally the best plugin company (out of hundreds) we have ever worked with.

Amazing App. is there a way if I can pay affiliates only for the 1st order they referred. I mean repeat orders from their referrals need not be paid

GrowthHero is intuitive and smart. We just processed our first payout during the first month of use. Setting up the PayPal API was a bit tedious, but Simon in the support department was fast and responsive and solved my issue. Looking forward to expanding our use of GrowthHero.

This app looks absolutely perfect. The interface similar to that of Shopify makes navigation very convenient. There are a large number of possibilities, everything is very well thought out. I'm almost done setting up and can't wait to use it. Everything looks very reliable. Documentation and tutorials allow you to configure everything on your own, everything is very well explained. Only downside: the integration of the domain name for emails, which requires outside help despite the different supports (Growthero & Sendgrid). It would take a DNS expert within Growthero support, able to add the elements to the Shopify backoffice. For the rest, everything is perfect, this application is a marvel and the support is fantastic, always available, open to improvements. A big thank you to the team and especially to Simon for his availability and his professionalism. This application is recent but is already very advanced technically. Chances are it will become the best for affiliate programs.

Easy setup with powerful functionality and options. I've tried so many other affiliate program apps, and this is by far the most solid. Great app!
