The system stopped working in October. Customer support keeps claiming everything is fine on their end, but the orders don’t appear in their system at all. They promise to look into it and get back to us, but we never hear anything… I recommend using some other app instead.

Our team has been actively investigating this since your initial report. Although we hadn’t reached out over the last few days, it’s because we were still working on the underlying fix and didn’t want to provide incomplete updates. We appreciate your patience during this time. As of today, our developers have released a fix that restores all missing orders. The issue originated from an external change within Shopify’s system, which temporarily disrupted tracking on our end. Everything should now be back to normal, and your account should reflect the restored data. Just started using it has issues with emails not going out to new affiliates as well as not syncing with klaviyo. No help response for a week from support tickets or support email.

After using this app for roughly a year, they've decided to add new features that we have 0 interest in using and are forcing us to pay extra for them.

Once upon a time this app was useful. More recently, they have virtually no support. They hide the phone number so you cannot talk to them. Live chat is no longer available. The service stopped working on October 23rd and it has still not been resolved. I reached out to them late October and they did not even know their service had been broken for an entire week. Clearly no one works at this business anymore. Do not download this app. It has been abandoned. We also have identified multiple terms of service violations and have requested its removal from the Shopify app store so no one else suffers what we have suffered through.

To clarify, we’ve never offered phone support, so nothing was intentionally hidden — our small support team assists users across multiple time zones through the channels we currently provide, which is via email and calls you can book. Regarding the sales-tracking issue, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We notified all users on November 4th via in-app message that missing orders would be fully restored by November 6th, and tracking is now back to normal. We’ve reviewed your account several times and shared screenshots confirming that all affected orders were successfully reinstated.
