Simon and Mike were SUPERB helping us to get started. Support for Shopify apps can be a hit or miss game, but GrowthHero has been a BIG HIT! Overall the app met our entire checklist of needs and I have no doubt that as new needs arise, the support team will continue to be a resource for us.

We switched to this application because we needed to be able to exclude certain products from commission. One feature lacking was the ability to easily track orders by Partner in Shopify. We reached out to support and within one day, Mike added order tagging to the Shopify Orders page. We will stay with this application because of the excellent customer service and developer support.

In a couple of hours we set up an affiliate partnership program that was professional, automated and exceeded our expectations. Like others who have reviewed I had a support request that was no fault of the App but my own. I was blown away with how fast it was responded to and then resolved. As a web application business owner I appreciate how much goes into this level of support responsiveness. Kudos Simon and team!

We've just begun using this app but I've been so impressed with the level of feature for the value, as well as the responsiveness of the team to questions. Literally took an afternoon to set things up. A smart set of features without the over-featuring (or higher costs) of a lot of other platforms out there. For a Shopify user, this is a no brainer.

I normally don't write many reviews, but this team is truly responsive and the app is excellent. I worked in high growth eCommerce businesses (£30m+ revenue) for a long time as a Product Manager and have rarely seen such a though through app with such a minimal price tag. Well done! We are using it as a 'partner portal' and it has an endless amount of customisation options for our large partners aka affiliates. Well done Team!

AMAZING!! We have started the research on developing the network marketing platform, yer prices were around $13.000 - $50.000, or flat rates of $2000 subscribe model, monthly payments. So we almost moved away from that idea, since investing it only in as software at this point of our start-up was insane. And as God sign was the idea flashed in mind of one of our colleagues, saying let see is there any app on Shopify. And BINGO, we find lot of apps supporting affiliate marketing, did a homework, tried all of them to see how our network would love them, and how easy is to make it brand friendly, without signing all over place in order to get to the Dashboard, and follow the progress of both partners and performances of our campaigns and engagement. The very best choice, without any doubt was GrowthHero. Easy, to set up, easy to integrate, easy to use. But maybe the best out of it is really fast and detailed human support. Had great experience with Simon. This guy have our back no matter what happen, here is he to drive us trough and help us move on. Lucky to get this app installed, just weak form start we already have our consultants loving it, using it, first paychecks made. All works smooth and perfect. Thumb up and. Highly recommended. I tried a couple of referral programs before landing on GH. It's flexible to different payment schemes, has some nice features like payment tiers, and it's much easier to modify the emails and portal pages than other systems. On top of that, support was extremely personal and helpful, diving into my code for me and helping to install. Highly recommended. As our company has expanded we have added more people to the platform and still gotten a high quality level of service.

We've been navigating this app as a way to give a little something back to those that lost their jobs due to COVID, and we've loved working with it. The people behind this app are always quick to respond, the app is easy to customize if you know how to code. I will say the PayPal API is a little tough to navigate, but seriously, any issue we've come up with, Simon and Mike respond quickly to help us out.

The Greatest and The best support i ever experience . Mike is super fast and patience answering all my questions . Since english is not my mother tongue language , mike still do his best answering my questions. I did ask for some customization for my webstore. The developer team willingly do it for me and solve my Greatest Problem !!!. Thanks GH . u re the best . Now i can have unlimited number of online agents happily selling my products. Lets support GH .

GrowthHero is exactly what you need from an affiliate growth app. The team have clearly understood why and how Shopify store owners want to use affiliate powered growth and focused on these features. It is clear & simple to use, especially compared to the other apps we tried and quickly deleted. HIGHLY recommended.
