So far, so good. I had a few issues trying to figure out what my affiliate sees but the responsive customer support *Simon* and *Gregg* were fantastic in answering my questions. They seemed to really care about my company and interested in seeing it be successful and not without any fakery. I appreciate that as things are moving fast in the cleaning products business. WOW is the first thing that comes to mind with this GrowthHero App. Not only does it offer you all the extras to run a successful MLM/Network Marketing administration and back office platform - but the extra service they provide is outstanding. Mike has been extremely helpful with all of our needs from day one and continues to exceed our expectation. If you are looking to integrate a full-service back-end software platform to launch or grow a business of sales reps then this is definitely one you need to consider. As industry veterans we looked at many options and know what our needs are, they could fulfill many of them. Thank you GrowthHero! I am very satisfied with this app!! I have tried 3 other Affiliate programs, and this is by far the best!! This has all but 1 feature I need, the company is working on that feature for me! This app is also not costing my company as much as the other apps did! I am really satisfied, as are my Affiliates!! Any time I have emailed this company, they respond very quickly. The last app company I had took 3-5 days to get an initial response and like 2-3 weeks before my questions or request was answered/taken care of and then it was a temporary fix. I have found the Affiliate Marketing app that I am going to stick with!! I am now and will continue to be a loyal customer of GrowthHero!! The Greatest and The best support i ever experience . Mike is super fast and patience answering all my questions . Since english is not my mother tongue language , mike still do his best answering my questions. I did ask for some customization for my webstore. The developer team willingly do it for me and solve my Greatest Problem !!!. Thanks GH . u re the best . Now i can have unlimited number of online agents happily selling my products. Lets support GH .

GrowthHero is exactly what you need from an affiliate growth app. The team have clearly understood why and how Shopify store owners want to use affiliate powered growth and focused on these features. It is clear & simple to use, especially compared to the other apps we tried and quickly deleted. HIGHLY recommended.

The app and the support team behind it are amazing! As soon as we added this app to our store they have been nothing but helpful and supportive as we were setting this up and are even working on a feature to help support the structure of our program. So far I really like this app. Customer support is really friendly and responds quickly. They translated everything into German for me when I asked. I have tried other Affiliate Apps before but this is the best one for my shop.

We have been looking for an Affiliate Marketing App that we could use on our store. Many we trialled, weren't able to sync with our store due to a checkout app that we used. I contacted GrowthHero to see if they could check whether their App would work with our store and they replied quickly to say they would do some testing. Thankfully, they were able to confirm that the App would work and we have started trialling the App with some of our customers. So far the App is great. We had a few things that we wanted added and changed and Mike was more than happy to put them forward to the developers and everything has been able to be added/changed that we were looking for. We would highly recommend GrowthHero as an Affiliate Marketing App.

We shopped around for apps to use for managing our affiliate marketing and this app is definitely the best we've seen. Pretty easy setup. Works flawlessly with our store and whenever we needed help, the customer service was amazing. They took the time to walk us through and made sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend this app.

I just added this app to my store and haven't made any sales yet, but the customer support is next level! Mike is awesome—he gets back to you in minutes. I believe it's a relatively new Shopify App, however I expect to see many, many stores using it in the near future!
