I’ve been using GSR Dropshipping for my Shopify store and the experience has been very positive so far. The platform is easy to work with and makes the whole dropshipping process very smooth. What really stands out is the support. My agent has been very responsive and helpful whenever I need quotes for new products, updates on orders, or help solving issues. Communication is clear and fast, which is extremely important when running an e-commerce store. Overall the fulfillment process has been reliable and well organized. The logistics service provided is too slow. Delivery is not timely, lost packages are not handled or replaced, and refunds are not given. It's really terrible. The logistics time is too slow. I do not recommend this app.

They were always out of stock, and they never notified me. I received numerous customer complaints about order refunds, only to find out that they had simply updated the tracking numbers, but there was no actual tracking information; the items were actually out of stock and hadn't been shipped. Because of this, I had to pay out a large sum of money to my customers.
