The logistics service provided is too slow. Delivery is not timely, lost packages are not handled or replaced, and refunds are not given. It's really terrible. The logistics time is too slow. I do not recommend this app.

They were always out of stock, and they never notified me. I received numerous customer complaints about order refunds, only to find out that they had simply updated the tracking numbers, but there was no actual tracking information; the items were actually out of stock and hadn't been shipped. Because of this, I had to pay out a large sum of money to my customers.

I’ve been using GSR dropshipping for about three months now, and overall I’m satisfied. The platform is easy to get started with and works well even for beginners. During this time, I’ve gained a better understanding of how dropshipping works and have been able to test different products. There’s still room for improvement, but so far the experience has been positive and educational.

None of my orders were shipped within 10 days; every order experienced severe delays. The product sourcing was of poor quality, the logistics were chaotic, and customer service communication and support were inadequate. As a result, I received numerous customer complaints and refund requests, and I lost a significant amount of money.
