Customer support was disappointing. I inquired about order status and refunds, but received no response. Product information was also vague. Ultimately, I not only wasted time but also lost money. If you truly want to build a sustainable business, I strongly suggest you avoid this app.

I have now worked with GSR dropshipping for around 6 months. My agent Zoe has during this whole time been extremely helpful with everything. I always get very quick replies if I want a quote for a new product or help with fulfilling to customers. Everything has been very clear and easy. Also because GSR have checked product quality for me my customers have been very happy with the products and I have almost no returns because of this. I can highly recommend to anyone who wants fast, flexible, friendly and professional help.

Kinabaserad dropshippingagent som är väldigt hjälpsam. Min agent Kiwi är mycket tillmötesgående och lätt att kommunicera med, svarar snabbt. Nästan alla produkter jag söker erbjuds, priserna är bra, fraktkostnad och leveranstid något hög. Av de agenter jag har provat är detta helt klart den bästa.
