None of my orders were shipped within 10 days; every order experienced severe delays. The product sourcing was of poor quality, the logistics were chaotic, and customer service communication and support were inadequate. Consistently delayed shipments and unreliable operations! The agency managing my orders through this app delivers far below expectations. None of my orders were shipped within 10 days, and almost every single one experienced significant delays. Product sourcing is uncoordinated, logistics are disorganized, and communication is severely lacking. Products marked as "in stock" remained unshipped for days. I was repeatedly told, "it will ship today or tomorrow," just to buy time. As a result, I received multiple complaints from customers, refund requests, and a clear loss of trust in my brand. This is an unprofessional, unstructured service with no operational standards. Working with an agent who consistently fails to meet basic delivery expectations directly damages your business. If you're running a dropshipping model and depend on controlled shipping times, this app is absolutely not suitable. Using this service puts your customer satisfaction and store reputation at serious risk.

To help you understand the situation, the specific reasons and solutions are synchronized as follows: Delay reason explanation Due to the particularity of the clothing industry (not all categories are in stock), some of your order are clearance or out-of-stock products. We encountered delays when coordinating the factory to ship, resulting in the failure to prepare all the goods as planned. Our delivery process stipulates that your order can only be shipped after receiving full payment or confirming that the account balance covers the order amount. And most products require about 3 days to purchase. Your latest payment was received on July 10. Although we processed it as soon as we received it, the overall delivery time was delayed. At the same time, insufficient payment will also prevent us from sending the remaining goods. Solution In previous cooperation, we have compensated some of your orders that were cancelled due to delayed delivery, and we did not charge you any additional fees. Clothing products that arrive at our warehouse for return also need to pay return fees because of the particularity of the product.
