The shipping cost described on the page was very low, but after the order was submitted, it was arbitrarily determined to be overweight, forcing customers to pay exorbitant additional shipping fees. The items were clearly small and didn't meet the weight limit at all; this was clearly a deliberate trap to deceive customers. Forced to pay the extra fees to get the goods shipped quickly, customers assumed the increased price would guarantee quality, only to receive poorly made and extremely low-quality goods. A large number of customers requested refunds, leading to a continuous loss of customers, significant revenue losses, and the business falling into dire straits.
I’m very happy with GSR Dropshipping! The app works perfectly with Shopify and has made sourcing products and shipping from China so much easier. A special thanks to Nancy for the incredible support—she is very responsive, professional, and provides great communication. It has been a pleasure to cooperate with her.
